What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment, Experience with SolidWorks (3D modeling software), Experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) access

Nice to Have

Experience in fast paced and/or highly regulated aerospace or space manufacturing environments, Experience with aerospace quality systems and compliance environments (AS9100, AS9110, AS9120), Experience supporting machine operations, including fixture/tool design, tool life management, routing/work instructions, and CNC programming familiarity, Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods (ultrasonic, radiographic/X-ray, N-ray) and interpretation of results, GD&T interpretation and tolerance analysis capability, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, Effective technical communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, Self-starter mindset with ability to work autonomously and lead complex manufacturing initiatives, Knowledge of PFMEA, process validation, SPC, RCCA, control plans, and configuration control practices
