If you like being in the middle of the action—troubleshooting, optimizing, and leading continuous improvement initiatives—this is a great opportunity to make a visible difference. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** * Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the **daily production of high-quality ground rods** * Partner with manufacturing and maintenance teams on key initiatives and act as a **change agent** to drive improvements * Design, develop, and continuously improve **production equipment, machinery, and facility processes** * Support maintenance with **troubleshooting and repairing equipment** , helping minimize downtime * Identify and implement **cost reduction and efficiency improvements** across the plant * Work cross-functionally to resolve **manufacturing challenges and production issues** * Support day-to-day operations, including **maintenance coordination, equipment troubleshooting, routing, and quality planning** * Lead **Lean initiatives** across manufacturing cells * Drive **creative problem-solving** for issues like ergonomics, safety, process bottlenecks, and product quality ## YOU HAVE: * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering** , or a related field * **3 + years of manufacturing experience** * Background in **process improvement methodologies** (Lean, Six Sigma) * Experience using engineering and business tools such as **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Ex
