The Boeing Company’s Production Engineering team has an exciting opportunity for **an Associate or a** **Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer** located in **Long Beach or San Diego CA**. This position will focus on supporting build integration on a variety of programs across Boeing Commercial Airplanes, with a focus on electrical commodity. Our Team coordinates and implements Engineering Changes to Boeing Factories and suppliers all over the world. Additionally, we assist with emergent issues from the factory floors, process standardization efforts, periodic audits, and/or quality checks. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. * Participates as a member and leader of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions. * Leads and implements manufacturing plans. * Works with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build. * Assists in creation and implementing manufacturing plans. * Resolves technical problems and assists in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. * Assists in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. * Works with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience. **Wor
