What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, 2+ years’ experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, 2+ years’ experience defining process flows, process diagrams, and process documentation, CAD/ECAD basics (CREO, SolidWorks, or similar), manufacturing data systems (MES/PLM), Microsoft Office tools, soldering processes, automated assembly (pick-and-place, reflow), conformal coating, cable/harness assembly, electronic test methodologies

Nice to Have

aerospace or defense manufacturing environments, cable/harness assembly methodologies, IPC standards (e. g. , IPC-A-610, J-STD-001), MIL-STD, DFx/ DFMA for electronics, Lean, Six Sigma (Greenlack Belt), Manufacturing Engineering certifications, test fixture design, automated test equipment (ATE), environmentalC test support, supplier development and qualification programs
