Must Have
Associate degree in STEM with 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Software Engineering/Computer Science experience, Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Software Engineering/Computer Science experience, Master’s degree in STEM, PhD in STEM, 6+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Software Engineering/Computer Science experience in lieu of a degree, U. S. Citizen or U. S. Permanent Resident
Nice to Have
Proficiency in SQL Server, with a proven ability to develop complex queries for data extraction and analysis, Competency in Python for developing scripts and user interfaces dedicated to automated data collection, Experience using VBA to automate workflows, develop custom macros, and streamline tasks, Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis, Proven track record working within a high-volume manufacturing environment, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including technicians and engineers, Skilled in creating technical documentation and facilitating training sessions to ensure standardized operational procedures
