Must Have

What You'll Do.
Evaluate customer-selected options and configurations for technical and manufacturing feasibility on behalf of 787 Operations and Manufacturing Engineering (ME).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impact assessments and mitigation plans that reduce factory disruptions.
Lead and support manufacturability assessment workshops for complex commodities
ensuring designs meet in-sequence installation requirements and reduce program impacts.
Develop and implement sequenced installation processes for new designs and out-of-sequence work to minimize production disruptions.
Deliver status report outs on parts
and engineering releases for the Code 1 airplane
driving issues to resolution.
Coordinate with Operations to communicate upcoming changes and ensure factory readiness.
Support and track engineering changes related to installation and certification in collaboration with Configuration
and Engineering stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on ergonomics
