Must Have
Engineering or technician degree, Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the automotive industry or high-volume production environments, Proven competency in Project Management, Excellent communication skills, Ability to build working relationship and communicate on various levels in an international environment, Proven competency in working with CAD, Good working proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced English and German language skills
Nice to Have
Electrical knowledge, Knowledge of CE regulations, Additional languages
What You'll Do.

Provide manufacturing engineering knowledge
Develop new equipment
Support plants with current machinery
Overall responsibility for production processes
Create detailed specifications
Define Statements of Work (SOW)
Lead equipment- and tooling-related projects
Coordinate on-site installation
Ensure compliant documentation
Develop and optimize processes
Support optimization projects
Define and implement global standards
Report and collaborate with stakeholders
Represent topics in project teams
