S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred), Exposure to RF/Microwave concepts, Ability or aptitude to perform RF/microwave tuning under a microscope, Familiarity with electronics assembly and test processes, Exposure to lean or continuous improvement methods
What You'll Do.
Support day-to-day production by troubleshooting technical issues related to RF and microwave hardware
Investigate hardware failures and out-of-spec conditions to identify root cause and corrective actions
and maintain manufacturing and test documentation
Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel
Participate in design reviews
and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams to resolve material or process issues
Develop manufacturing improvements using structured problem-solving and lean principles
