You’ll get to: * **Process Improvement:** Analyze existing manufacturing operations to identify, develop, and implement improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. * **Design & Development:** Create, test, and implement automated machinery, robotic systems, and software programs. * **Production System Design:** Design, install, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment, tools, and production lines. * **Process Improvement:** Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and lower costs. * **System Programming:** Program and maintain Control Systems, such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), for industrial processes. * **Documentation & Standards:** Create, maintain, and update work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation for manufacturing processes. * **Quality Control:** Evaluate products against specifications to ensure quality standards are met and resolve production issues. * **Support & Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, maintenance) to support new product launches and troubleshoot equipment failures. * **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be
