What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Professionally Qualified Engineer (e. g. UK minimum HND/foundation degree or other national equivalent), General understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to their business, General awareness of Manufacturing Systems and enabling software tools relevant to the business, Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering processes relevant to their role
Nice to Have
Background and experience within a machining environment, Understanding/knowledge of multiple disciplines demonstrating breadth of experience, Appreciation of product integrity, Has a proven track record delivering improved operational performance in both favourable and unfavourable conditions, utilising cross-functional teams, Has experience deploying continuous improvement methodologies such as lean and six sigma, ideally with Green Belt accreditation
What You'll Do.
Provide technical support to Original Equipment Manufacture
Execute core Manufacturing Engineering activities

Rigorously raise, investigate and resolve safety related issues * Quality - Drive a culture of zero defects.
