What You'll Do.
Provide daily technical support to manufacturing operations
including maintenance and functional groups
Analyze product designs to determine the most efficient manufacturing methods
and processes for part/assembly production or evaluate existing processes
Direct the design and construction of tools and equipment or recommend process improvements
and processes for manufacturing
Interface with equipment vendors and contractors to implement new systems and manage existing ones
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and products
Write and implement work instructions
and procedures for production and department use
Analyze product variations and implement process capability improvements
Develop and implement manufacturing control strategies and productivity improvements
Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct
Perform special projects as required
