Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for proper handling, storage, packing, preservation and delivery of material and product per work instructions plans to utilize IATF16949 documented systems and authority to initiate appropriate action necessary to prevent non-conformance to customer specifications * Oversee purchase and installation of machinery & equipment to ensure specifications are met; plan, organize and maintain equipment and process data * Help to develop weld technology to keep Eagle Bend at the forefront of our industry * Develop and write equipment specifications, performance requirements, cost analysis, and proposals for integrating machinery and equipment such as robots, robot controllers, and programmable controllers into manufacturing process * Assist with Eagle Bend’s Weld Excellence efforts to meet or exceed customer requirements * Assist with programming and troubleshooting of robotic welders and ancillary equipment * Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. * Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new developments in field * Interface with co-workers in other departm
