Must Have
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies, Experience in designing, developing, or modifying manufacturing equipment and tooling, Hands-on experience with production line optimization and process stabilization, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
Nice to Have
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or equivalent, Experience with automation, industrial equipment, or robotics, Familiarity with CAD software for equipment design, Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, takt time, cycle time, and throughput, Experience with PLCs or control systems is a plus

Lead design and implementation of production flows
Analyze manufacturing processes for improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and improve manufacturing equipment
Support new product introduction
Establish and maintain process documentation
Monitor production performance metrics
Lead troubleshooting efforts

Train production staff on Lean tools
