If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **_Manufacturing Engineer_** located in **_Aguascalientes, Mexico._** The **Manufacturing Engineer** role involves covering Engineering requirements to prepare the Manufacturing process instruction, Flow Chart, Lay Out, identifying the BOM Make/Buy required to build the product and work with customer on the quality requirements to meet customer expectations. **What a typical day looks like:** * Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties. * Design’s manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. * Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. * Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. * Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request. * Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. * Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. **The experience we’re looking
