If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Job summary:** _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a** _Manufacturing Engineer_** located in **_Aguascalientes._**_ _The Manufacturing Engineer role involves_ _plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle._ **What a typical day looks like:** * **_Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques_** * **2 years of experience in new products development.** * **_Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters._** * **_Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods._** * **_Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills._** * **_Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans_** * ** _May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products_** * ** _May participate in control plan development_** * ** _Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures)_** * **_Examines and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency._** * **_Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production meth
