If this sounds interesting, we’d like to meet you. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Manufacturing Engineer** located in **Dundalk,Ireland.** Reporting to the **Business Excellence Manager,** the **Manufacturing Engineer** role involves supporting the business in the implementation of Industrial Engineering activities and process optimization. They will champion process improvements and, in conjunction with other functions, analyse feedback and identify and implement problem-solving techniques to identify appropriate tools to support continuous improvement and drive positive change across the full value stream **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and improvements * Coordinate and align business processes across multiple functions to ensure consistency and efficiency * Collaborate with functional leads to identify key challenges and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives * Drive change management activities to support business transformation * Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support implementation * Support the development of best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and product quality * Work with global and regional teams to establish standardized “one-best-way” processes for design and production * Support the implementation of site Automation Strategy in collaboration with Global OpEx teams * Contribute to sourcing and implementing new tools, processes, and system
