Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Participation and/or the ability to successfully pass the following Airbus Courses: Airbus Gen Fam (General Familiarization), Airbus SA Familiarization (EL01), Airbus Manufacturing Systems AMS, Airbus Production Rules 80T, Corporate Presentation Skills, Occupational Health and Safety
What You'll Do.
Manage/monitor all non-conformities
Manage design deviations
Manage late changes to support production
Respond to technical questions
Create work orders based on non-conformities
Establish and maintain effective communication with European Plants
Serve as FAL focal point regarding Plant activities
Provide technical support to X-Plant production
Establish/verify the technical content of non-conformities
Validate non-conformities in documentation
Steer/challenge all non-conformities
Steer/challenge concessions
Steer/challenge OSW within assigned all Plant and Supplier
Organize/facilitate regular meetings with suppliers/partners
Ensure non-compliance management according to Airbus and Authority
Participate as an active team member
Learn and follow dedicated training plans
Provide orientation support to new colleagues and trainees
Perform additional projects as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned

Responds to technical questions and creates work orders based on non-conformities.
