Join us and play a pivotal role in developing flawless automation solutions! ## What you'll be doing: * Provide end-to-end manufacturing assembly process solutions, including DFX (design for manufacturing, design for assembly, design for 6-sigma, design for testing, etc.). * Identify, assess, and apply risk mitigation strategies, leading investigations of issues, identifying root causes of product failures, and driving corrective actions. * Review contract manufacturer (CM) readiness, develop assembly fixtures and jigs, and establish clear assembly and manufacturing specifications through a step-by-step validation process. * Gather feedback through DFx, yield issues, and repair center activities to improve workflow efficiency, analyze system assembly gaps, study cosmetic appearances, and identify improvement opportunities. * Review automation options, suggest approaches for reducing waste and cutting costs, recommend technological solutions, product design improvements, and workspace layout changes to ensure high quality and efficiency. * Manage the acquisition of specialized equipment, materials, and other components, ensuring they meet intended use, specifications, and quality standards. * Develop and implement automation solutions for our manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy automated systems that improve production capabilities. ## What we need to see: * A bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 8+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing a
