Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, 8+ years of experience in automation, Validated mechanical/thermal architecture mentality, Expertise in GD&T, Tolerance analysis, 2D drawing, Familiar with electrical or electro-mechanical components, Familiar with PCBA-related manufacturing processes, Proficient in SPC, Proficient in 6 sigma, Proficient in quality control, Proficient in CpK, Proficient in PPAP, Knowledgeable in DFM, Knowledgeable in DFA, Knowledgeable in DFx, Knowledgeable in manufacturing cost breakdown, Proficiency in CAD software, Proficiency in English

Join us and play a pivotal role in developing flawless automation solutions! ## What you'll be doing: * Provide end-to-end manufacturing assembly process solutions, including DFX (design for manufacturing, design for assembly, design for 6-sigma, design for testing, etc.). * Identify, assess, and apply risk mitigation strategies, leading investigations of issues, identifying root causes of product failures, and driving corrective actions. * Review contract manufacturer (CM) readiness, develop assembly fixtures and jigs, and establish clear assembly and manufacturing specifications through a step-by-step validation process. * Gather feedback through DFx, yield issues, and repair center activities to improve workflow efficiency, analyze system assembly gaps, study cosmetic appearances, and identify improvement opportunities. * Review automation options, suggest approaches for reducing waste and cutting costs, recommend technological solutions, product design improvements, and workspace layout changes to ensure high quality and efficiency. * Manage the acquisition of specialized equipment, materials, and other components, ensuring they meet intended use, specifications, and quality standards. * Develop and implement automation solutions for our manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy automated systems that improve production capabilities. ## What we need to see: * A bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 8+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing a
