As part of the Manufacturing Design Team, you are responsible for the post process of painting, polishing, anodizing, powder coating and CNC process, and offering the best user experience to our customers. Responsibilities: Post-process development for UI Products from PoC to PP Reviews SOP/process parameters and SIP during project development with mechanical suppliers. Leads and drives suppliers on product troubleshooting, and improving the process. Develop new resin/paint to meet product requirements. Cosmetic issue analysis and debugging with suppliers. Implements the reliability tests and analyzes the root cause, and solves. Work with PD / MPD / MESR / MTE / MQE to develop UI products. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering. 7+ years of manufacturing experience in netwo
