Must Have
Associate's or bachelor's degree, 3–7+ years of experience, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Working knowledge of Windows based computer program, Working knowledge of ERP/MRP based company-wide sales order administrative systems, Ability to measure performance to goals and standards, Ability to balance and achieve positive results, Excellent verbal and written communication

Coordinate engineering changes
Verify work instructions reflect current drawings
Verify work instructions reflect current specifications
Verify work instructions reflect current quality requirements
Participate in production meetings
Participate in program reviews
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with root cause analysis
Assist with corrective action implementation
Collaborate with procurement teams
Collaborate with inventory teams
Monitor material shortages
Expedite critical components
Coordinate outside processing
Align with Planning Group
Ensure steady flow of work jackets
Ensure Materials Group efficient movement
Ensure Materials Group efficient documentation of inventory
Oversee printing of work jackets
Oversee issuance of work jackets
Oversee verification of completed work jackets
Oversee return of completed work jackets
Communicate production schedules
Communicate dispatch priorities
Participate in S&OP Meetings
Drive elimination of barriers
Eliminate barriers to material movements
Eliminate barriers to job kitting
Ensure inventory integrity
Identify process bottlenecks
