S. without sponsorship
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2+ years of manufacturing support experience, Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, basic programming changes, troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, Ability to work independently as the sole engineer on shift
Nice to Have
Experience in battery manufacturing, high-volume industrial environments, Exposure to robotics troubleshooting and diagnostics, Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis
What You'll Do.
Serve as lead engineering support
and mechanical issues
Diagnose and resolve manufacturing interruptions
Perform PLC troubleshooting
Perform minor program modifications
Identify root causes of failures
Implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
