Manufacturing Business Analyst **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** is seeking **a Manufacturing Business Analyst**(level 4) to join our **Business Analyst Team** in **Everett, Washington!** The Manufacturing Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves data analysis, process mapping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Position Responsibilities:** Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support * Serve as a trusted advisor to the director and leadership team by providing strategic counsel, operational insight, and decision support * Anticipate business needs and develop executive-ready materials (briefings, presentations, talking points, and communications) for leadership meetings, reviews, and engagements * Drive leadership team alignment by managing meeting agendas, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring timely follow-through on commitments * Partner with the director to prioritize initiatives, balance competing demands, and maximize organizational impact Operational Excellence, Business Integration & Staffing Management * Design, implement, and sustain operating rhythms across the manufacturing organization, including leadership cadences and planning forums * Identify operational friction points and develop scalable solutions that improve workflow, communication, and execution * Lead continuous improvement of business processes, tools, and governance to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to manufacturing stability and operational execution * Manage and maintain organizational staffing updates by coordinating with functional leaders, validating data accuracy, and providing routine staffing status/report-outs to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making *
