Nice to Have
FAA A&P/Avionics certification/license, ASE certification/equivalent experience, Experience with FOD/ESD hardware, Ability to work in team environment

Key job responsibilities As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you will be directly supporting our drone vehicle production assembly process to identify and communicate methods to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimize the assembly process. In addition to product assembly support, the candidate will also be cross-trained in vehicle testing process for production support as needed. Assembly support: • Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations • Execute assembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical parts using proper tools and techniques • Independently execute and prioritize work to meet deliverables relative to assigned drone assembly process(s). • Work with production and the operations teams to help execute production readiness and testing responsibilities. • Identify and recommend improvements by contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures • Attention to detail in repetitive tasks Test Support: • Support / Execute vehicle testing as needed to ensure product functionality and conformity.
