What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in high traceability manufacturing, 1+ years of hand tools experience, 1+ years working with test tools, 18 years or older, U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, Lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugee, Granted asylum in the U.S.
Nice to Have
Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification, Prior telecom experience a plus, CFOT certification or equivalent, Airman or Avionic certification, ASE certification or equivalent, Experience in fast-paced production, Experience working with FOD, Experience working with ESD sensitive hardware, Experience working in clean room, Experience in Final Integration, Experience in Harness Integration
What You'll Do.
Champion safety requirements
Assemble electrical-mechanical assemblies
Test electrical-mechanical assemblies
Maintain lab equipment
Calibrate lab equipment
Support preventative maintenance
Identify equipment requirements
Identify process improvements
Maintain floor stock inventory
Execute and prioritize work
Execute test procedures
Coordinate deliveries
Contribute to improving SOPs
Contribute to improving safety procedures
