We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** Teledyne Micropac is seeking an experienced assembler and machine operator who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. **What you’ll do** The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: Training will occur on First Shift; upon successful completion of training, new hire will be expected to move to Second Shift position: 2:30pm to 11:00pm, OT and Saturdays when needed. 6% shift premium is offered for second shift upon successful completion of training. * Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial application * Operate Auto and Manual Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding. * Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing processes. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications. * Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential. * Assist with training as required. * Perform Bond Pull, Die Shear and Sheer Strength
