We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** Teledyne Micropac is seeking an experienced assembler who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. **What you’ll do** The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: * Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications * Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. * Must be able to read and follow build instructions, including understanding of process documents, Bill of Materials and assembly drawings and complete paperwork as required. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications. * Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential. * Assist with training as required. * Hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and coating specifically under the microscopes. * Inspect completed work to quality requirements. * If overtime is necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to provide employees with adequate advance notice, ho
