We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** Teledyne Micropac is a seeking an experienced assembler and machine operator who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. **What you’ll do** The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: * Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications * Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. * Operate and set up Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications. * Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential. * Assist with training as required. * Perform production assembler duties as determined by Supervisor. * Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes. * Inspect completed work to quality requirements. **What you need** * Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufac
