As the Manufacturing Alignment Engineer (Dry Etch), you will help shape how manufacturing happens across the network. You’ll build alignment programs, drive best‑known‑method adoption, and partner with technical teams worldwide to improve speed, quality, cost, and equipment performance. Your work will directly influence how we scale technologies, optimize tool utilization, and develop our people. **Responsibilities:** * Lead development and execution of alignment programs to standardize BKMs, improve efficiency, and elevate manufacturing performance * Drive improvements in tool utilization, idle tool shutdown practices, POR–MOR gap closure, and global BKM deployment * Coordinate ESTA activities, recipe alignment, mismatch reduction, and defect improvement across technologies * Align PM procedures, qualifications, scrap‑reduction efforts, and recurrence‑prevention practices * Partner with global teams to define standards, implement improvements, and track progress to leadership **Minimum Qualifications:** * 5+ years’ experience as a Process or Equipment Owner in Dry Etch * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field * Strong understanding of process and equipment systems, methods, and tools * Experience coordinating or leading area teams * Ability and willingness to travel internationally **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience driving global alignment or multi‑site
