We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented QA Tester to support us on a project basis as we continue to develop and improve our web and mobile platforms. **What you'll be doing** As a QA Tester, you will work closely with our developers, product manager and designer to ensure our platform delivers a smooth, reliable and high-quality user experience across both web and mobile applications. This role involves both manual and automated testing, helping identify issues early and ensuring features are thoroughly tested before release. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications * Execute and support automated testing processes * Create, maintain and execute test cases and test plans * Identify, document and track bugs using issue tracking tools * Verify bug fixes and validate releases * Test across browsers, devices and operating systems * Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues * Help improve QA processes and testing workflows **Requirements** * Experience with manual QA testing for SaaS, web and mobile applications * Familiarity with automated testing tools and workflows * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to clearly document bugs and communicate findings * Understanding of responsive design and mobile testing practices * Great English communication skills * French speaking is a plus
