WeSoftYou creates web and mobile solutions and custom B2B and B2C applications for various industries and business areas, including Healthcare, e-Learning, Retail, Web3, Fintech, and AdTech. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Junior+/Middle Manual QA engineerwho will be part of our great team! #### Responsibilities: * Perform end-to-end manual testing across the full product lifecycle, including development, validation, and release phases; * Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing — with a focus on payment flows, transaction states, and financial correctness; * Take full ownership of the QA process, ensuring consistent product quality across all releases * Independently validate and approve releases, ensuring platform stability and readiness for deployment; * Validate financial operations end-to-end: deposits (PUSH / ACH / wire / Fedwire), withdrawals, and crypto deposits to wallet addresses — verifying amounts, fees, currency/asset types, rounding, and balance reconciliation after each operation; * Test negative and edge cases critical to financial products: insufficient funds, duplicate/idempotent requests, transaction limits, rejected/failed payments, and partial states; * Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution; * Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, payment business logic, and improve product quality; * Continuously enhance QA processes, methodologies, and documentation standards; * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; #### Requirements: * 2+ years of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer; * Strong hands-on experience working across the full
