As a Manual Machinist 4, you will set up, operate, adjust, and certify specialized equipment used to repair and overhaul critical aerospace components. You'll apply precision machining techniques, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes to ensure every part meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. ### **What You Will Do** * Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual machining and inspection equipment. * Perform precision machining using lathes, milling machines, jig bores, grinders, drill presses, saws, and other specialized equipment. * Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy. * Identify and correct equipment setup or operational issues to ensure efficient production and compliance with specifications. * Perform finishing, marking, and repair operations on aerospace components throughout various stages of production. * Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to complete assigned tasks. * Accurately document work performed and maintain production records using computer-based systems. * Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment upkeep as directed by engineering. * Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. * Partici
