**Overview & Responsibilities** **Overview:** To perform complex setups, select tooling and required equipment for machining of parts to required specifications. Developed skills and experience to plan and oversee repairs with very minimal supervision or feedback. Advanced skills to work to any critical tolerance required for the job. Helps to direct and train other employees in the functions and processes of machine operations. Ability to complete work in a safe and timely manner to meet customer needs. This includes turning, boring, facing, milling, drilling, reaming, peening, tapping, sawing, slotting, grooving, grindi
