Full Job Description
**Overview & Responsibilities** _**The Big Picture**_ When Service or Apparatus needs parts fast, they come to you. Set up and operate a variety of machines to provide rapid machining support across our entire operation. If you thrive on variety and problem-solving, this role is built for you. _**What You 'll Do**_ * Work from drawings, sketches, work orders, and verbal instructions * Set up machines (tools, stops, feeds, speeds) and position parts * Perform turning, boring, milling, drilling, tapping, sawing, grinding, and more * Operate CNC wire EDM, vertical/horizontal mills, and lathes * Check parts with measuring devices; stamp identification on components * Clean, deburr, lap, polish, assemble, and disassemble parts * Create or modify fixtures, tools, balance arbors, and drive adaptors * Grind tools from blanks; sharpen and modify tooling as needed * Reverse engineer parts and create drawings for manufacturing * Inspect rework parts, gather data, and advise engineering on fixing out-of-tolerance dimensions * Plot locations using conversational and CNC controls on lathes and mills * Dismantle, repair, and reassemble production equipment where possible * Use jib hoist, pendant crane, and riding work saver * Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace; follow all safety rules _**Qualifications**_ * Must be able and willing to work all shifts (shifts not guaranteed) * Must be able and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays * Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred * Job-specific and divisional testing required _**Equal Employment Opportunity**_ _Ebara Elliott Energy is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by the federal, state or local laws of the United States.
