As a Mandate Specialist for Discretionary Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the bank’s discretionary mandate business. You will act as a trusted expert to Relationship Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring our discretionary offering is positioned effectively across markets and client segments. In this highly client‑focused and commercially oriented role, you will serve as the key interface between Investment Management and the Front, ensuring seamless coordination from initial mandate promotion to ongoing servicing. You will support the acquisition of new clients, strengthen the bank’s value proposition, and contribute directly to revenue growth through your ability to communicate investment convictions, articulate portfolio rationale, and tailor solutions to client needs. Your responsibilities will extend beyond sales support: you will also analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide strategic insight that helps refine our discretionary offering. By hosting regular market updates and content briefings, you will ensure the front office is equipped with the latest insights, conviction themes, and product developments. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Investment Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and Product teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
