Nice to Have
$20M+ in personal production OR leadership of a $50M+ producing team, Experience within high-growth brokerages such as eXp, LPT, REAL, Compass, Side, etc., Familiarity with mortgage, title, or insurance cross-selling / ancillary revenue models, Local network within Orlando, Jacksonville, or surrounding Florida markets, Entrepreneurial, high-accountability mindset with a long-term growth mentality

### Managing Partner 📍 Jacksonville, FL 🏡 Strata Group brokered by LPT Realty 💰 Performance-Based Partnership | 1099 Independent Contractor ### The Opportunity: Scale an Active Market Into a High-Growth Powerhouse Strata Group has an established presence in Jacksonville with approximately 20 active agents currently producing business and operating within an existing pipeline and sales structure. This is not a startup-from-scratch role. This is an expansion leadership opportunity for a builder who can step into an existing foundation and scale it significantly — increasing agent count, production, and overall market performance. You will inherit an active business and be responsible for elevating it into a much larger, high-performance market. ### What This Role Is This is not a maintenance role. This is not a passive leadership role. This is a market expansion and acceleration role. You will be responsible for: * Scaling an existing agent base (~20 agents) * Driving aggressive recruiting and growth * Improving conversion and production consistency * Strengthening culture, accountability, and execution standards * Building Strata’s long-term presence in the Jacksonville market ### Your Core Focus ### 1\. Culture & Leadership (Primary) * Build a strong, high-accountability agent culture from day one * Lead from the front with visibility in the market * Set expectations around performance, standards, and execution * Create a culture agents want to join and stay in ### 2\. Agent Production (Primary – ~80%) * Drive daily pipeline execution and accountability * Coach agents on listings, contracts, and closings * Ensure consistent conversion from lead → contract → close * Eliminate underperformance through structured coaching ### 3\.
