5-7+ years of experience and a track record of building something exceptional from scratch - a company, a community, a major product, direct experience building and scaling a paid community, comfortable on stage, on camera, and in the spotlight, turn chaos into systems, master of process, prioritization, automation, and getting things done, natural leader who can command a room (Influence) and has the relentless drive to execute and achieve results (Dominance)
What You'll Do.

Design and execute the entire member journey
Implement frameworks that foster meaningful interaction
and community-driven growth
Leverage the Decentralized Masters ecosystem to acquire the first 50 members in 90 days
design a scalable growth engine for the future
Establish clear metrics and systems to monitor engagement
Build and manage a high-quality deal flow pipeline
Partner with founders and co-investors to secure exclusive investment opportunities
oversee tech stack selection and implementation
