Must Have
Six years of full time progressively responsible construction experience and/or performing inspections in civil, electrical, heating (ventilation and air conditioning), plumbing and or quality, three years in an administrative or supervisory capacity in one of the technical areas specified above or a satisfactory combination of education and experience
Nice to Have
Possession of a valid NYS Professional Engineer (P. E. ) or Registered Architect (R. A. ) license strongly preferred
