Your Responsibilities as a Managing Engineer: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff on a wide variety of infrastructure projects—from planning and design through bidding and construction. Drive operational excellence by monitoring project schedules, budgets, technical quality, and team workload. Strengthen and expand client relationships and workload through responsive, value-driven engineering solutions. Guide and mentor staff to cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on quality, accountability, and professional growth. Develop and strengthen client relationships by proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, thoughtful engagement, proposal preparation, and client presentations, supporting the growth of our regional business development program. Partner with division leadership on strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management throughout the western U. S. Play a central role in talent development, succession planning, and long-term organizational sustainability. Take the lead for refinement and implementation of the firm’s strategy, business growth plan, and day-to-day operations of our Denver office to achieve overall corporate objectives and ensure profitability. What we're looking for: B.
