Are you ready to make an impact? Overview West Monroe is seeking a Partner, Enterprise Transformation & SI Solution Leadership to lead the shaping and execution oversight of large-scale enterprise transformation programs delivered in partnership with leading Systems Integrators (SIs). This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating with SI partners and West Monroe teams to define transformation strategies, architect scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives across cloud, enterprise applications, data, integration, and AI-enabled platforms. Role Summary As a Partner, you will lead solution development for strategic transformation opportunities and provide executive oversight throughout delivery. Working across clients, SI partners, and West Monroe teams, you will align stakeholders, guide architectural decisions, manage delivery risk, and drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this role is achieved through strong subject matter expertise, effective client and partner collaboration, successful solution shaping, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Solution Leadership Lead deal / solution strategy for complex enterprise transformation programs alongside delivery leadership. Assess current-state environments and partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads define target-state business and technology architectures. Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and delivery approaches. Guide decisions across business value, cost, risk, scalability, and implementation feasibility. Client & SI Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and transformation leaders. Partner closely with SI organizations to define solution approaches, delivery models, and implementation strategies.
