You will set strategic direction, delivering complex enterprise engagements, and building a world-class global team. You have PAM technical authority with the business acumen to grow a global practice. This is a remote position based in the United States, with leadership accountability spanning delivery teams across the US, Canada, India, and the United Kingdom. You will report to the Vice President of Identity Services. ## What You'll Do Execute the global PAM practice vision, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy. Oversee the P&L for the PAM practice, driving revenue growth, utilization targets, and margin performance. Establish methodologies, delivery frameworks, and quality standards across all PAM engagements. Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and in client-facing executive conversations. Lead the full talent lifecycle: workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
