As Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and further professionalizing the organization while preserving the entrepreneurial culture and hands-on mentality that make Normec OWM successful today. #### Step into the Role Lead the next phase of growth for Normec OWM – Marine Compliance UK by combining commercial leadership, operational excellence, and a highly personal customer approach in a specialist, fast-growing business within the Normec Group. You will lead a respected specialist in integrated water management and compliance solutions for the offshore, marine, and energy industries. Normec OWM supports customers globally with consultancy, compliance, sampling, technical supply, audits, training, and water management services that ensure safe and compliant operations.
