Must Have
6+ years experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial customer and vendor agreements, Advise on corporate governance for Indian entities, Review and negotiate commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, Order Forms), Provide day-to-day legal support to Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, leadership, Knowledge of Indian employment and labour laws, Advise on labour code compliance, workforce matters, disciplinary actions, HR, Deliver practical, risk-based legal advice on corporate, regulatory, compliance, operational matters, Manage, develop, and coach team, Provide responsive service to teams, Maintain balance of legal and business objectives, Advise international teams on cross-border legal and commercial matters
