Must Have
8-10 years of professional experience in the payment industry, financial institutions or consulting firms, Prior exposure to delivery, implementation, consulting, or technology programs, Experience in business development, commercial, or client facing roles, proven track record in driving and exceeding revenue targets, understanding and direct exposure on technology or payments implementations, such as: Platform integrations, Digital wallets and channels, Payment gateways, processing, or tokenisation, Proven ability to engage credibly with clients and internal stakeholders on implementation scope and complexity
What You'll Do.
Own end to end sales and revenue for this revenue stream
including pipeline generation
conversions and services revenue targets
Identify services opportunities arising from client delivery needs
implementation challenges and/or innovative initiatives relating to payments
Partner with Account Managers
Technical Account Managers and Delivery teams to convert implementation pain points into opportunities
Drive client discussions
and proposals with a understanding of how solutions are implemented
without owning execution
Support the commercialisation of innovation led and tech-implementation initiatives
including new payment technologies
and ecosystem integrations
Bridge product and innovation concepts with real world implementation considerations
Articulate the value of implementation support in moving from pilot to scaled deployment

As part of Mastercard Services Business Development, you will be responsible for commercialising innovation-led and tech implementation solutions by working closely with Account teams, Customer Delivery, Product and Technology stakeholders. The role does not execute delivery.
