What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Undergraduate degree, Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language, Exposure to financial institutions or consultancy firms, Extensive experience delivering complex IT/software development projects or programs with high degree of autonomy, A recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Capability to manage projects that multiple teams and integrations, Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties, Experience managing key client relationships, In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and their application, Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership, Ability to provide perspective on industry and marketplace, Excellent communication and leadership skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project and Data Visualization and Reporting tools (like Power BI and Tableau), Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs

Experience leading development and implementation of solutions and measuring impact on clients' business, Knowledge of modern project management tools, Exposure to payments, financial services, retail banking, or merchant environments, Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm, MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization

We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Program Management consultants lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically important Mastercard assets and services to bring value and drive growth. They serve as the Center of Engagement across all stakeholders within Mastercard and the client’s organization.
