Must Have

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, Minimum of 5+ (FIVE) years of experience in affordable housing, housing policy, public‑sector consulting, or related fields, Demonstrated experience leading or managing affordable housing finance or program implementation engagements, technical background in LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, ARPA, or similar public funding structures, Experience managing staff and project teams in a consulting or project‑based environment, client‑facing skills with experience presenting findings to senior public‑sector leadership, Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience contributing to proposal development or business development activities, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Managing project due diligence efforts

including review of complex financing and transaction documents

regulatory agreements

and land use materials

Ensuring deliverables are client‑ready

and clearly communicated

Managing project teams

including day‑to‑day staff oversight

and performance feedback

Supporting the professional development of Consultants and Senior Consultants through mentorship and on‑the‑job guidance

This role blends **technical leadership, people management, client delivery, and business development support**.You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality client work while mentoring staff and contributing to the growth of the Housing & Community Solutions practice.
