We are searching for an organizational effectiveness and project management **Managing Consultant** to help our clients effectively and efficiently execute against their mission. We work collaboratively with our clients to help them work through their most pressing challenges. From implementing new policies to standardizing operations across offices, we work side-by-side with government leaders to solve important problems. We are seeking a consultant with strong organizational skills, experience with client program support, and experience managing teams. The role is on-site, in-person, at the Department of Energy headquarters. **Responsibilities** * Work collaboratively with the client’s business operations team to support efficiency and effectiveness of the organization * Lead the development of high-quality client deliverables that meet client requirements including standard operating procedures, governance documents, guidelines, etc. * Work with diverse stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and interdependencies * Lead the facilitation of client meetings, work groups, or interviews * Work with stakeholders to help keep projects on-time and within budget * Provide guidance, oversight, and coaching to other team members; mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning, inclusion, and excellence * Collaborate with the contract manager and Guidehouse leadership on day-to-day management, progress reporting, and project financials * Support new business by contributing to account growth strategies and developing client relationships. * Collaborate across Guidehouse practice areas to bring integrated solutions that combine strategy, technology, and oper
