What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field., 2–4 years of relevant work experience in consulting, project management, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role., Demonstrated ability to take complex information and simplify it into crisp storylines and structured deliverables., Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools (e. g. , Power BI)., analytical skills with comfort navigating qualitative and quantitative inputs, including experience developing financial models and business case analyses., Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to message up to senior leaders., High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., Willingness to travel up to 50–75% and work extended hours as required.
Nice to Have
