Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and manage the workplace accommodations team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and consistent application of policies and procedures Oversee end-to-end accommodation case management, including complex and escalated cases, through the interactive process in compliance with applicable laws Develop, implement, and improve standardized accommodation policies, processes, and workflows to support organizational effectiveness Coordinate closely with HR, legal, leave management, payroll, workers’ compensation, and other stakeholders to resolve accommodation-related issues Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and compliance across all accommodation cases and reporting requirements Provide training, guidance, and education to leaders and HR partners on accommodation obligations and best practices Contribute to the design and delivery of learning programs that build organizational capability in workplace accommodations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience in HR, Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence 5+ years of relevant experience managing workplace accommodations, employee relations, or leave administration with strong regulatory compliance exposure At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a people management role Strong knowledge of ADA, reasonable accommodation processes, and related federal and state employment regulations Experience managing complex employee cases and escalations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, legal, and operational teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to build structure, improve processes, and drive consistency in a high-volume case management environment Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from 116,272 USD to 167,336 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive
