Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, Five (5) years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, Leave of Absence, Interpreting and ensuring human resources regulatory compliance, Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

This role will create a streamlined program that ensures compliance with applicable laws in conjunction with other internal departments such as leaves, Workers’ compensation, ergonomics, and legal. ‘Further, the role will serve as the direct supervisor to the WPA team including oversight of their work, training and education, and compliance. Finally, the role will serve as the subject matter expert for the learning and development team and will participate in creating training and education for the organization. This role will manage high level cases, including escalations, through all phases of the interactive process in accordance with state and federal law and company policies. **Essential Functions** * Supports end-to-end business process design, implementation, and improvement of standardized policies and processes for the Accommodations function to meet short- and long-term organizational goals. * Manage a team of WPA professionals ensuring exceptional performance and employee services. * Performs timely and comprehensive end-to-end case management by engaging in the interactive process with applicants and employees seeking reasonable accommodations and their managers. * Coordinates with employees, managers, HP Partners, Legal Benefits, payroll, Workers’ Compensation, and Leave teams to process and resolve issues related to reasonable accommodations. * Manages, communicates
